Visited For Newborn Jaundice
Dr Rajeev Ranjan is a great doctor. He helped diagnose and cure jaundice in my new born baby. Other doctor suggested very advanced and risky treatment for jaundice but he helped to manage jaundice with very less risky treatment strategy. He is readily available for any questions on whatsapp even during night times. Thanks a lot Dr Rajeev for your help.
Visited For stomach and intestinal infections
Went for my daughter’s checkup. The doctor did not lift his head even once and was busy tracking stocks on his phone. Just because we said we are outside, he said it’s stomach infection. We argued that she’s not vomiting food and is only having problem swallowing but he was busy with his phone and asked to treat on his prescription.

IQ: If you prepare for PMT for 5 years, you will get through unless you are super brainless. But what it takes to be a good doctor is your analytical skills that help you perform root cause analysis and deduce the actual reason behind any issue. RR is excellent at diagnosis and suggesting remedy. He does not shy away from referring to old proven home remedies that do not require medicines *** *** *** ***** ********** He knows his subject and always suggests the best solution possible EQ: He understands that kids are the most critical part of our lives and any minor problem may obviously seem super BIGto parents.HE empathizes well and would not blow the impact of the issue out of proportion, as others do to earn money from you. He himself is a family man with a wife and 2 kids and his feelings towards his family comes handy and helps him not just to understand your emotions, but alsoto calm you down if the issue is not big or uncommon. Experience and Exposure: He has been consultant to many hospitals and runs his own clinic. By virtue of this varied experience, he is able to diagnose quickly. He prefers fully proven home grown remedies more than medicines and avoids medicines if not required. Social responsibility: His charges are nominal. it makes him reachable by masses. I have often seen people from lower middle class visiting him. I personally like this part a lot, as this takes him closure to humanity. Approachable: his is approachable and responsive via phone calls, WhatsApp, messages etc. He will provide you medicine names even on WhatsApp and will ask you not to visit him if not required. This shows the character and the fact that RR is not money minded I wish him all the very best for his career and hope he continues to contribute to society especially to the weaker section of society

We have been consulting him since the birth of our daughter. I would highly recommend him to first time parents as he provides solutions and explains everything accordingly. Best thing is that for any queries he is always reachable on what's app also.

Happy with: Treatment satisfaction
We consulted with doctor Ranjan when my son was 6 months old. My son had severe colic and gastric issues and was later found to be lactose intolerant. Being new parents we were not able to identify the root cause of his problems. Then we met doctor Ranjan and he identified the exact issues and gave us efficient solutions. From day one his treatment is effective for my son. Really glad we met him. Extremely satisfied
Visited For Fever
Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
I m sorry to say but I will not recommend Dr Ranjan for your loved ones..I visited his clinic on very first day when my son got fever.. without any test is straight away advised hospitalization and advised ibrugesic plus.. I asked him if we can wait for one day as it was his first day of fever.. he shown bit of disagreement but finally agreed..On the second day my son got better.. I visited his clinic he wrote all tests to be done and that too from in-house lab (max lab ) ..Dengue was positive in the test report and platelets count is 148000.. after dengue was diagnosed he didn't care to ask me stop ibrugesic plus..On the third day we again visited his clinic as my son fever is not down..And we are lil worried.. suddenly his tone was very rough.. we apologised him.. and asked him if he still need hospitalization.FOR which he said based on reports I can not recommend hospitalization.. further after I asked if we go for same medication (third time) he crosses ibrugesic plus with calpol 250 mg.. and said ibrufen will reduce platelets count.. I was surprised and shocked...I consulted another Drwhen platlets count is 1 lakh 5 thousand.. and he said that there is no need of hospitalization until platelets count will come to 50,000..He has now recovered now..
